Since we've opened, we've been dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time, through martial arts, education and coaching. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members. We take pride in creating an environment for individuals to achieve, develop and succeed in their personal goals.

We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels. Throughout all of our programs, students will not only learn the necessary skill sets to protect themselves, we stand behind our realistic and practical approach, confident it will enable every member to achieve greatness and live their best life.

Our founder, Grandmaster Anna YS Ahn, was born in Korea into a family of Taekwondo Grand Masters and was naturally introduced to the Taekwondo world. A Kukkiwon-Certified 8th Degree Black Belt with over 40 years of training, she founded Ahn's Taekwondo Group in the USA and owns our schools in Montgomery, Plainsboro, Lawrenceville, NJ, and NYC, NY. Our Montgomery dojang is led by Head Master Olivia Maurer, a Kukkiwon-Certified 5th Degree Black Belt with 17 years of Taekwondo experience.

We carry forward the legacy of the Ahn family — Grandmaster Jae Yoon Ahn, Grandmaster Jae Ro Ahn, and Grandmaster Anna YS Ahn — whose lifelong dedication to Taekwondo shapes everything we teach. Serving Montgomery, Skillman, Princeton and the surrounding New Jersey communities, we help students build confidence, discipline, respect, focus and physical fitness through traditional Taekwondo training.
